The Jewel in Jordan’s crown and the main reason to visit Jordan.

Located on the outskirts of the town of Wadi Musa, which has amazing views over the Red Rose City, you could easily spend a number of days exploring this stunning World Heritage site but many tourists visit for the day or 2 nights at most which is a shame.

There are a number of trails to access the city and a lot to see, depending on your fitness levels and we can advise you on how to get the best out of your visit no matter how long you stay.

Wadi Musa itself has accommodation options for all budgets, plenty of local restaurants serving traditional Jordanian food and now a few western style fast food restaurants. We can also arrange for you to have dinner with a local family and a visit to a local coffee shop to smoke shisa!

Shops are limited but you can find many selling tourist items or perhaps hunt through the second hand shops for designer labels at a few JD.

What most people miss is a visit to Little Petra and you can also stay in one of the camps in this area. There are also a number of Wadis close by for an adventure experience or even camping overnight in the desert. Shobak castle is also closeby and a new archeological site has just opened at a small village on the way to Ma’an.
