Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strongly advise that you purchase Travel Insurance. Jordan Unlimited assumes no responsibility for accidents of any nature, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to property or any damage however arising.

Private and Group Tours

If you should cancel, the following conditions apply:

More than 60 days before the departure date: 75% of the amount paid refunded
From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 50% of the amount paid refunded
From 14 days before the departure date: No refund

Day Tours

If you should cancel, the following conditions apply:

More than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the amount paid refunded
Less than 7 days before departure date: No refund

Agent Booking Procedure

Bookings are confirmed through the B2B booking system.
Deposit of 25% required no less than 90 days from departure date and balance due 35 days from departure date.
Full payment required if within 90 days of departure date.

Agent Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before the departure date – full refund
From 30 to 90 days before the departure date – 75% refund (Up to 20% of group can cancel with no charge)
From 15 to 30 days before the departure date – 25% refund
From 15 Days before the departure date – No refund

Force Majure

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”. For the purposes of this Cancellation Policy, Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism (and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned’s control.

Changes and Cancellation Policy by Jordan Unlimited

We will inform you of any minor changes as soon as reasonably possible before your departure. Minor changes include a change of accommodation to the same or higher standard.

If we have to make major changes we will again inform you as soon as possible before departure.

Major changes include:

  • A change of accommodation for a significant part of or for all of your trip
  • A change of accommodation to a lower standard for a part of or all of your trip
  • A major change to your itinerary

You have the choice to:

  • Accept all changes or
  • Accept a full refund of all monies paid
  • Accept the alternative arrangements of the same or higher standard (if available) with no extra cost or
  • Accept lower standard with a refund of the price difference

Acceptable choices are to be notified to us within 7 days of notice of change.

No travel arrangements will be cancelled by us within 30 days of departure unless by reasons of force majeure or payment not being received.

No Compensation shall be payable for minor changes.

For Private and Group Tours

  • Full refund of monies paid less unrecoverable costs
  • 110 % credit voucher for all monies paid to be used within one year of the original departure date

For Day Tours

Day Tours will not be cancelled within 24 hours except when due to exceptional circumstances.  If we do have to cancel then a full refund of monies paid will be given.

All agreed refunds will be processed within 14 days.

All Credit Vouchers have to be used within one year of issue.

The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above, the company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilised plus administrative fees.
